How to improve the blue veins on the legs

There are blue veins in many parts of the human body, but the blue veins on the legs are often particularly obvious. The obvious blue veins on the legs are related to many reasons, and it may also be due to inadequate conditioning of the body. This situation can be improved in many ways. Many times, excessive stress can also cause obvious blue veins on the legs. So how can we improve the blue veins on our legs? Learn more.

1. Foot soaking to relieve stress

Before massage, you can soak your feet in cold water for about 15 minutes (add 2-3 drops of compound essential oil containing mint to the cold water to increase the coolness, and the water level should be above the ankles). Soaking your feet can help relieve foot pressure.

2. Massage steps to eliminate soreness and swelling

1. Use your fingertips to knead the muscles on the back of the legs, knead the calves and thighs evenly from bottom to top, and repeat the massage for each leg 5-10 times.

2. Place your hands flat on your thighs, slide them down from your thighs to your ankles, then cover the back of your ankles with both hands and slide them up to your calves and thighs. Repeat 5-10 times for each foot.

3. Use the tips of your thumbs to press the stomach meridian in the calf alternately from bottom to top until you feel a slight sour sensation (the stomach meridian in the calf is located on the outer side of the calf bone). Press each leg 3-5 times.

4. Use the base of both hands to slide up from the calves to the knees, and use the pads of the other four fingers except the thumbs to gently massage the depression behind the knees. This can help drain water. Repeat 5-10 times for each leg.

5. Finally, use your hands to twist the calf and inner thigh muscles in opposite directions like twisting a rag, kneading from bottom to top 3-5 times.

3. Surgery

Obvious blue veins on the legs may also be varicose veins. If examination confirms that it is varicose veins, treatment options include wearing elastic stockings, injecting sclerosing agents, and surgical removal.
