How to process fresh sea cucumbers

1. After washing, boil it in water (without any oil). The sea cucumber will become softer and bigger. After about 45 minutes, when it becomes springy to the touch, turn off the heat. You can also use an electric pressure cooker for 20 minutes. The water was black at this time.

2. Wash the sea cucumber again with cold water, and then soak it in pure water in a clean container (still without any oil).

4. Soak the cooked sea cucumber for two days, changing the water three times. The soaking for these two days is kept in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping room.

5. After soaking, the sea cucumbers are obviously much larger and softer than when they were just cooked. Success.

6. Wrap each sea cucumber individually in a small plastic bag and then gather them together. Put it in the freezer and eat it whenever you want.

3. Notes

When eating, just dissolve the sea cucumber in water and eat it as you like. One per day is best. There are many ways to eat sea cucumbers, such as mixing them with various seasonings and serving them cold, chopped up and cooking into porridge, cut into pieces and stir-fried with green onions, braised, or stewed in broth.
