How to process fresh sea cucumbers

4. Soak the cooked sea cucumber for two days, changing the water three times. The soaking for these two days is kept in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping room.

5. After soaking, the sea cucumbers are obviously much larger and softer than when they were just cooked. Success.

6. Wrap each sea cucumber individually in a small plastic bag and then gather them together. Put it in the freezer and eat it whenever you want.

When eating, just dissolve the sea cucumber in water and eat it as you like. One per day is best. There are many ways to eat sea cucumbers, such as mixing them with various seasonings and serving them cold, chopped up and cooking into porridge, cut into pieces and stir-fried with green onions, braised, or stewed in broth.
