Otherwise, the pickling solution should be diluted and neutralized before being discharged.

4. Alkali washing: After the pickling is completed, NaOH, Na, PO and softened water are prepared in a certain proportion, and the heat exchanger is alkali washed in a dynamic cycle to achieve acid-base neutralization so that the heat exchanger plates will no longer be corroded.

5. Water washing: After the alkali washing is completed, use clean softened water to repeatedly rinse the heat exchanger for 0.5 h to thoroughly rinse the residue in the heat exchanger.

6. Records: During the cleaning process, the time of each step should be strictly recorded to check the cleaning effect. In short, after cleaning, the heat exchanger should be pressure tested. It can only be used after passing the test.

Measures to prevent fouling of plate heat exchangers

1. In the entire system, the dirt remover and filter should be cleaned irregularly, and the pipe network should also be kept clean to prevent the heat exchanger from being blocked. In summary.
