How to make a bubble bath

Bubble bath is a very popular bathing method in daily life. It not only makes people feel comfortable but also has extensive and continuous nerve impulses to the skin, so it is a very good way. But in life, many people don’t know how to make a bubble bath. In fact, it is very simple. You can add bubble bath salts or bubble bath in a clean bathtub, turn on the faucet and fill the water to 2/3 of the level.

1. Generally, bubble bath salts are added. Because bubble bath salts contain a mixture mainly of sodium bicarbonate, disodium bicarbonate and tartaric acid or citric acid, which can produce carbonic acid gas, they can produce bubbles.

2 Pour about 20 ml of bubble bath liquid into a dry bathtub, turn on the hot water faucet, and pour it directly on the bubble bath liquid to produce plenty of bubbles. Only fill the bathtub to 2/3 of its capacity, otherwise the bubbles will overflow! Jump in and let the bubbles wrap your whole body, enjoy the fun, scrub your whole body with a towel or sponge, no need to wash again, just dry yourself.

3. Compared with traditional water baths, bubble baths stimulate the skin more extensively and more continuously. During bubble bath therapy, the mechanical force of the bursting bubbles can excite receptors, causing extensive and sustained nerve impulses to the skin, so bubble baths have a stronger effect than traditional hydrotherapy.

4 It can not only increase the release of β-endorphin, gastrin and insulin in the human body, but also excite the vagus nerve, enhance gastrointestinal activity, increase the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones and growth hormone, promote food digestion and absorption, and accelerate growth and development. The bubbles it produces also have a micro-massage effect, which is beneficial to the stabilization of the internal environment and the enhancement of immunity of children with cerebral palsy or other brain damage in the developmental period. The microbubbles can penetrate into the fine pores under the skin to kill bacteria and clean the skin.

Many medical institutions abroad have applied bubble baths to the rehabilitation of adult neurological diseases, indicating that bubble baths have greater rehabilitation advantages than traditional hydrotherapy. Bubble baths are safe, easy to use, and scientifically effective. It can not only serve as an early intervention method for children with cerebral palsy or other brain injuries, but also plays a certain role in normal pediatric health care and the development of physical and intellectual potential.
