Coronary artery stenosis is a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease that affects middle-aged and elderly people. It is not very serious in the early stages, but if it is narrowed to a certain extent, it will cause coronary heart disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and may even be life-threatening. Coronary artery stenosis should be treated promptly. Level of Grading The degree of coronary artery stenosis is divided into 4 grades according to the reduction of the lumen area. Grade I lesions: the lumen area is reduced by 1% to 25%; Grade II lesions: the lumen area is reduced by 26% to 50%; Grade III lesions: the lumen area is reduced by 51% to 75%; Grade IV lesions: the lumen area is reduced by 76% to 100%. If the stenosis of one or more major coronary arteries (the left main coronary artery, the anterior descending branch, the circumflex branch, and the right coronary artery) reaches grade III, coronary heart disease is diagnosed. The grading index proposed by the TIMI test evaluates the degree of coronary artery stenosis: ① Grade 0: no blood perfusion, no blood flow distal to the occluded blood vessel. ② Grade I: Part of the contrast agent passes through, and the distal end of the coronary artery stenosis cannot be completely filled. ③ Grade II: The distal end of the coronary artery stenosis can be completely filled, but the development is slow and the contrast agent is eliminated slowly. ④Grade III: The distal coronary artery is completely and rapidly filled and eliminated, the same as the normal coronary artery. Condition Analysis The coronary arteries are blood vessels that wrap around the heart and provide nutrition and various nutrients to the heart. Related suggestions It should be noted that: 1. Low-fat diet, especially dinner; 2. Pay attention to rest and avoid increasing the burden on the heart due to fatigue, infection, etc. 3. Increase fiber intake to prevent constipation 4. To prevent myocardial infarction, if the patient experiences discomfort in the precordial area, or pain in the shoulder and back, chest tightness and shortness of breath, which cannot be relieved by rest, send him to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment immediately. |
